Fjord Consulting can lead your project or act as a support to the project leader. We are experienced project managers, and have worked in highly regulated industries; mainly within medical device and wind power and construction. We have also led several different projects in other areas, both nationally and internationally.

A successful  project requires both effective project management and that the project members work together towards the common goal. There needs to be a well-defined and realistic project plan where time, resources and milestones are included. In addition, the project plan needs to be accepted and supported by both the management and those who are practically involved in the project.
A well-managed project also includes regular follow-up and feedback to everyone involved, which increases participation and drives the project forward.
